Customs, Duties and Taxes
FSA & Vision is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
FSA & Vision is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If an order has been received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy and Instructions
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The item must be in the original packaging accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have any need to return a product, please contact email@example.com or 425-488-8653 to begin the process. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to returns if the packaging is damaged. If an item has been installed or used and is not a warranty issue, then a return is not available.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
