I recommend this product

I open the box, mounted a set of Hutchinson Fusion 5's, converted to tubeless, put them on my 2018 Scott Foil and stepped into the twilight zone. The wheels are unbelievably fast. Very easy to hit the late apex with these engineering marvels. The braking is pretty darn good with good modulation. I did install the included brake pads. This wheelset compliments my Campagnolo Boro One 50's. Usually on windy days I don't ride the Metrons, however the yaw effect isn't that bad. These wheels do not like Continental GP5000's including the TL's. Gave up after a couple hours of sweat and crampy hands. I have been mounting tubeless tires for a while but this combination, at least for me, was impossible. The Hutchinson Fusion 5 and the Schwalbe Pro 1 (including the tubeless version) mounted as expected. I'm running the Pro 1 on the Metron Rear Disc. Converting these to tubeless was really easy and the Fusion 5's and the Pro 1's inflated with my floor pump with no problem. The wheels come with a roil of 25mm x 8m tubeless rim tape which I don't understand why it wasn't applied at the factory? I used Muc-Off rim tape as it seem to contour to the inner rim a little better. The wheels come with tubeless valves, but do not come with valve extensions if you plan on running tubes. 80mm tubes do not leave enough valve head to attach the pump head. The very nice included bag holds both wheels easily and there is an internal pouch to hold the QR skewers. As mentioned, four brake pads and rim tape were included in the box. I'm not a weight ******, but I did purchase the FSA ultra light carbon skewers. These are very nice wheels. If you have the $$ then don't hesitate to buy. Ride on....
